No-shows are also non-refundable. Changes to Bookings We are happy to adjust your booking when possible. Please contact us as early as you can if you need to change the time, date, or pickup location. Changes made less than 24 hours before pickup cannot always be guaranteed. Any additional stops or waiting time beyond the agreed schedule may incur extra charges. Delays & Flight Tracking For airport transfers, we monitor your flight and adjust the pickup time if your flight is delayed. Please provide your flight number when booking so we can track it accurately. Liability While we take every care to provide a safe and reliable service, we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control. We recommend allowing extra time for important connections. Contact Us If you have any questions about these policies or need to make a change to your booking, please reach out to us directly.
